Nobility Crest nominated for multiple SAM awards - February 26, 2008

Nobility Crest at Ocean, a luxurious 55+ active adult community located in Ocean Township, Monmouth County, has once again been nominated for the New Jersey Builder's Association's highly coveted SAM awards, which are held annually to honor developers and communities that exemplify the highest levels of excellence in various categories.

Immersed in luxury, Nobility Crest has won SAM awards in several different categories in the past, so it's no surprise that it continues to garner attention. With the community now complete, this is the first time Nobility Crest has captured a Community of the Year nomination, specifically for best landscape design category, which is quite an achievement .

"The exterior grounds of the community are extremely beautiful and truly represent resort-style living at its' best," states Marlene Santaniello, President of Nobility Crest, adding that interested buyers are always "wowed" as they tour the campus and feel like they are at a faraway resort. "Our vision was to create an intimate yet exclusive community where residents are surrounded by elegance & beauty, both inside and out."

This objective was successfully achieved by recruiting an innovative landscape architect firm to create a picturesque backdrop for the magnificent mid-rise buildings that comprise Nobility Crest. The secluded yet sprawling campus, which covers nearly 10 picturesque acres, was designed by nationally acclaimed Melillo & Bauer Associates Inc. landscape architects, a firm who is also responsible for many highly exclusive communities and area parks.

Strolling the grounds, residents and customers will discover tree-lined walkways dotted with vibrant shrubs and flowers that lead to many unique and interesting community focal points, including a dramatic, life size chess set, bocce courts, and a putting green.

"We've had a tremendous amount of sales traffic of late, and these customers, as well as the residents, love walking the campus," asserts Santaniello. "Because the community is perfectly sized, there is no need for a car to get to the clubhouse or pool, and the convenient pedestrian aspect makes day-to-day socializing a breeze. This frequent camaraderie is most evident during the warmer months, when residents can be found congregating around the stunning beach entrance pool & lush courtyard, which offer an idyllic spot to unwind after a long day at work or play.

A magnificent 4300 clubhouse is just as captivating, and has become the social hub of the community. Here, groups often gather by the fire to chat, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy an evening playing billiards or cards.

To further underscore the social facet of the community, theme rooms have been placed within the common areas of each building and play host to the numerous clubs that have already been established. One building houses a hi-tech movie theatre, complete with plush seating and an old-fashioned popcorn machine. Many residents converge here on select evenings to enjoy the newest movies. Another building contains a well-stocked library and board games that are perfect for a rainy day, while a third building features a card room that is frequented by poker and mahjong enthusiasts. And for those who like to pamper themselves, a luxurious spa is being planned for Phase II of the community.

After a socially-rewarding day, residents find comfort in returning to gracious single level residences that are both functional and luxurious, and feature two bedrooms, gourmet kitchens, open dining/living areas, cozy dens and sizeable balconies. For homebuyers who need additional square footage, third floor penthouse homes offer the added bonus of a spacious loft.

In addition to the many luxuries offered here, the convenient location is also a plus. Centrally located within the Wayside section of Ocean Township, in Monmouth County, Nobility Crest is situated directly off Highway 66. With the parkway and highway 18 35, 33 & 34 just minutes away, commuting is a breeze. Light rail & bus service is also nearby, and New York & AC are just an hour by car. Some of NJ's most beautiful beaches, golf courses, and parks are just a few minutes away, while Highway 66 offers a bevy of fantastic stores and restaurants, including a massive outlet center which is currently under construction.

The first phase of Nobility Crest is now complete, and is nearly sold-out. Just a handful of quick delivery homes remain available, providing customers with the rare opportunity to become residents within a matter of days. Prices begin in the mid $300,000's. For those who are not in a hurry, reservations are now being accepted for homes in Phase II, which are expected to be complete in fall 2009. Interested homebuyers can visit the on-site sales office, decorated models and community which are open daily from 10 am - 5pm. For more information, please phone 732-922-3377.
