Nobility Crest pre-liquidation event triggers sales.

An unprecedented pre-liquidation event attracted dozens of customers to Nobility Crest at Ocean last weekend.  For many indecisive clients who have been in the “just looking” mode, significantly lower prices and a rapidly depleting inventory compelled them to transition from browsers to buyers.  Some customers had to wait close to an hour to tour the available homes but felt it was worth their while.

   According to Marlene Santaniello, president of Nobility Crest at Ocean, this sales event is expected to successfully sell out the remaining 18  homes, thus enabling the company to concentrate its efforts on Phase II of the community.

   As of press time, only four G Models remain available.
