The New Jersey Builders Association annual Sales and Marketing Awards ceremony took place this week, and once again, The Jerald Development Group, Wall has been nominated for honors in several categories.

Better known as the "SAM" awards in the building industry, winning one of these highly coveted awards can be compared to winning an Oscar, and with it comes instant status and credibility among peers and competitors in the construction marketplace.

Nobility Crest at Ocean, LLC, an exclusive 55+ active adult community created by the Jerald Development Group, has garnered honors for the prestigious Grand Award for Community of the Year. "Being honored for this award truly justifies the enormous amount of effort that we've put into the design of this community," asserts Marlene Santaniello, President of The Jerald Development Group, adding, "There is simply no other community out there like Nobility Crest, so its not surprising to be nominated time and time again for the grounds, design, decorating, and advertising."

Aside from the Grand Award, T.J.D.G has also been nominated for best landscaping. An innovative landscape architect firm created a picturesque backdrop for the magnificent mid-rise buildings that comprise Nobility Crest. The secluded yet sprawling campus, which covers nearly 10 picturesque acres, was designed by nationally acclaimed Melillo & Bauer Associates Inc. landscape architects, a firm who is also responsible for many highly exclusive communities and area parks.
